Blogging has really addicted me than I expected. I am like a
huggies baby with curly hair crying for more and more ice cream. I check my
blog many times a day, think about my posts and check if there are any comments
or some movement in the blog. There happens to be nothing. Right now: no
followers and no comments. The blog still remains to be my personal diary.
Blogging has really helped me pass my time when I have no
work in the office. To be with someone whom you can tell anything you see and
think is good. I currently don’t have someone like that in my life. And I have
promised someone that I won’t write anything on my diary (I still write a
little rubbish in that). So I only have my blog to tell whatever I feel to.
I read a lot. I like reading anything and everything from
newspapers, brochures, blogs and books. Once, I read Haruki Murakami’s “WHAT I TALK ABOUT WHEN I TALK ABOUT RUNNING”
(He is one of my favourite authors). The book is all about how Haruki Murakami
started running and how running is a part of his life. He owned a bar which had
a good business. He left that good-going business for being a writer-just to
concentrate more on writing. Not many of his friends and relatives supported
the idea. Still, he followed his mind and luckily, his wife was quite
supportive. He also talks about how running helps him in the whole ideation and
writing process. The book is a good-read.
I myself was very confused after my 12th about my
further studies. I was too interested in literature from my childhood and my
dad also wanted me to join graduation classes for literature. I somehow got
this fashion thing in my mind and had interest in literature as well. I gave
the entrance exam for both options and got in both to my surprise. Both being
reputed national institutes, I was more confused. Finally, I ended up with
fashion.
Still, literature remains to be a part of my life and I plan
to study literature in my future. Till then, maybe I can read more and more
books and post more and more.
